“There are a lot of people in our community that want and need an opportunity to succeed. If we aren’t willing to provide an opportunity to the people in this community that need one, how can we be surprised when unemployment rates and economic decline continue to be prevalent. In a time of labor shortages at any skill level, we have found that when given a chance, employees have a great sense of pride and accomplishment from getting a job, and they have been great employees with commitment, effort, and loyalty.
